Take a look at the dishes below, and if you haven’t tried them yet, we invite you to do just that, on your next visit. Or if you’re feeling lazy, order in of course.

Tabbouleh | Tomato Parsley Salad

Traditional parsley salad, tomato, onion, mint, lemon, olive oil dressing

Tabbouleh is a dish, or a salad rather, that’s been around for centuries in the Middle-East’s history. To date, it’s well-loved, and is an excellent palate cleanser as well. The mint and lemon help clear out your taste buds, whilst the olive oil adds a layer of flavor which elevates the dish as a whole. All the ingredients including parsley and tomato, are also incredibly good for you. So if you’re looking for something fresh and delicious, this is a great choice.

Makanek | Beef Sausage

Pan fried beef sausage in pomegranate, lemon juice, pine nuts

Makanek is yet another very famous, and traditional dish, so naturally we had to feature it on our menu. And as a significantly Lebanese restaurant in Dubai, in true NAY style, we’ve given it out own special spin, with the addition of pomegranate and pine nuts. The pine nuts offer a crunchy texture to the dish, which when mixed with meat seeped in lemon juice, offers a whole other dining experience.

Dates Pudding

Served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce

Dates are a very prominent and culturally symbolic food in this part of the world, and naturally, there have been many dishes made out of them. Our dates pudding is absolutely divine, and bestows rich flavors enhanced by vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce. The combination of sweet and salty with the dates’ wholesome texture, is something we guarantee you’ll not forget in a long time!
